Niall is the Senior Legal Manager in EMEA and assist Intercom's Product, Engineering and AI Group teams with the legal issues of developing and releasing AI products and features. Niall also advise on contractual negotiations with our third-party AI providers as well as working on AI Governance with our Infosec team, particularly in support of our ISO/IEC 42001 certification.
