As a follow-up to our upcoming webinar with Ole Dallerup from deepset on AI security from an AI builder’s perspective, we’re hosting a smaller peer online roundtable for InfoSec and cybersecurity professionals.

In this roundtable, we’ll turn the perspective inward with Robert Gosling, Information Security Manager at Cronofy. He will share how Cronofy is approaching AI security posture in practice – including the questions, risks, and practical considerations they are working through.

‍His perspective will set the stage for a peer discussion.

At this online roundtable, everyone is invited to take an active part in the conversation. This is your chance to meet peers working through many of the same questions and challenges as you – and to learn from each other.

To keep the conversation valuable for everyone, we ask all participants to bring their own experiences, questions, or challenges to the table.

Together, we’ll explore questions such as:

• How are you assessing AI vendors and AI-enabled tools?
• Which AI-related risks are proving most difficult to manage?
• What should organisations consider enabling, disabling, or restricting?
• How are you approaching AI awareness and role-based training?
• Which practical controls, questions, or processes have worked well so far?

The goal is to share experiences, challenges, and recommendations across peers – and turn the collective input into a practical AI Security Checklist for InfoSec teams.
