Carina is a privacy specialist with experience from both a law firm and the NGO world, her focus is on building privacy-focused processes involving and creating ownership of data protection among colleagues and thus making data protection an integrated part of the mindset in the organization.
Currently, Carina works at Børns Vilkår (the Danish Children’s Rights Organization) focusing with a child-centered approach on how to make sure that children’s rights and voices are heard and integrated in both offline and online processing activities.
As a freelance translator and interpreter with experience from the EU Institutions and the Danish Permanent Representation to the EU, she is specialized in EU and legal affairs. Besides the language skills and cultural knowledge, she has a true passion for connecting people."
