Tobias Fodi

Tobias Fodi is German senior lawyer (Rechtsanwalt) with extensive experience as inhouse legal counsel for global firms and as associated lawyer at different international law firms in Mexico and Germany. His scope of expertise includes the drafting, revision and negotiation of different kind of corporate agreements, international commercial agreements, including software agreements, IT/IP services agreements, data privacy agreements. He is registered with the German bar for lawyers, studied law at the University of Mannheim with a focus on business law, holds an LL.M. in International Commercial Law (Dundee, Scotland), is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E) and specialized in the field of Information Techology Law (Fachanwaltslehrgang Informationstechnologierecht, AK Jura).
