View status

How can view the information status of a vendor?

It is very simple, you can either

  1. Click on 'Information available' under Status of any vendor in the vendor library, this will trigger a pop-up which gives you the history of the status changes.
  2. Or see the information right under the top part of a vendor profile in the section 'Information Status'

Alternatively, you can subscribe to vendor updates by:

  1. Going into the settings
  2. Under 'Employees' choose the person you would like to receive the vendor updates via email
  3. Click on 'Subscribe to vendor updates' and save.

By subscribing to the vendor updates, you will receive an email every time there is a change or update to one of your vendor profiles.
